Easy for observation and analyzing of the product processed.FunctionSoftware enclosed is allowed to set up,display and adjust various T,collect data,create curves or tables in real time during the whole process,which can be also saved or printed out at the user's wish.ConfigurationControls: Cooling temperatures are controlled by a PID electronic temperature indicator/control unit.The product pump speed is controlled by a frequency inverter.Holding tubes are manufactured to individual requirements to provide fixed holding times at fixed throughputs.Cleaning: the system has been designed to allow quick,easy and safe in-line flushing of product and cleaning.The product pump also serves as the CIP pump and operates at 400 liters/hour by turning a CIP key switch.System Connections: Only a 3 phase electrical supply is required.A supply of water for cleaning and system set up IS needed along with a drain outlet for CIP dump.Experimental sterilizerPT-20T Tube in tube sterilizerPT-20P Plate sterilizerPT-20C Combined sterilizer of plates and tubesPT-SS Scraped surface sterilizer
