Three tower hydrogen (oxygen) purification equipment
Product characteristics
QCNB series hydrogen purification device adopts three dryers to work in turn, the advantages of which are high desorption depth of adsorbent, using product hydrogen as re-gas, no loss of re-gas and high purity of product hydrogen. The pneumatic valve in the device is controlled by PLC program, which can realize the automatic switching of dryer working status and has the function of automatic drainage, which reduces the workload of personnel and improves the reliability of the device.
The product hydrogen purity reaches 99.999%, oxygen content ≤ 1ppm, water content ≤ 1ppm (dew point ≤ -70℃).
QCNB series oxygen purification unit adopts the same three-tower process method, and the product oxygen purity reaches 99.999%, hydrogen content ≤1ppm, water content ≤1ppm (dew point ≤-70℃).
