Descriptions:This product is made by four group organic glass. They are frame board,Website:, cap board, body board and middle board.The operation is very easy. It can make uniform capsules at high efficiency. The capacity is about5,000-30,000 capsules per hour. It is extensively applied in hospital, lab, and little pharmaceutical factory.Now we have three types as following: SL-187, 187 holes/boardSL-255, 255 holes/boardSL-400, 400 holes/boardScope of application:These three types are all suitable for 4#,3#,2#,1#,0# ,00# capsule. Net Weight: 4 kg.Operation manual1.Put the body board in horizontal, then put the frame board on the body board(Attention: The two position pins of frame board should be accordance with the body board's). Then let off 500 pieces capsule body to the frame, swing the body board and frame board from one side to the other, the capsule body will fall in body board, when in full. Take away the frame body; pour the other capsule body to an bag. Normally there will be some capsule which are in wrong direction, take out them and change the direction.2.The arrange method of cap is similar with body.3.After the body board is full in capsule body, then pour the powder on the body board. Let the stirrer scraping the powder from one side to the other until the powder fill in the capsule.4.Put the middle board's face which no gap aligning to the cap board, let the cap part which is out the cap board inserting to the middle board, then turn 180°,align them to the body board. Then lightly and carefully press by your two hands together until the all capsule body are inserted into caps. Then press at full tilt until pressing to bottom. Take away the cap board and body board, then pour the finished capsules from the middle board.Operation Demonstration:1.Put the oriented board on the capsule board first.2.Finished the first step, put some capsule cap into oriented board and shake it. Make the capsule cap into the oriented hole.3.After the capsule cap be arranged, spill the extra capsule cap, and take off the oriented board.4.Put the oriented board on the capsule board.5.Put some capsule body into the oriented board and shake it, make the capsule body into the oriented hole.6.After the capsule body to be arranged, spill the extra capsule board, and take off the oriented board.7.Fall the powder into the capsule body board, use the spatula scrape the powder to and fro, make the powder fill in the capsule board completely.8.Put the middle board on capsule cap board , the middle board with frictional side upward.9.The capsule cap board on the top, the middle board in the middle, the capsule body board on the below. Make all the capsule filling board level arranged.10.Flap the capsule filling board lightly. Make the capsule closed.11.Press the capsule cap board, make the capsule body and capsule cap close completely.12.Take off the capsule cap board.13.Take off the middle board all the finished capsule in the middle board.
