Touch Screen Hot Runner Controller
M20 series touch screen hot runner temperature controllers are newly developed with latest achievement of intelligence and process control which have been well received in the hot runner temperature controller market. Tinko touch screen temperature controllerare equipped with a 10.4 inch HMI color screen. It is easy to browse, setup and control the hot runner temperature controller systems. Operations can be very simplified and efficient with its modular design and optimized software. This touch screen hot runner controller can control up to 100 zones max.
How Does Touch Screen Hot Runner Controller Work?
The thermocouple sensor transmits the electrical signal to the control card and converts it into a temperature value. Compared with the set target value, the hot runner controller determines the heater output power (0% to 100%) according to the difference value, and quickly reduces the difference value to 0, after that, the temperature value is kept stable at the set target value.
