BF/BFT 2-Jaw / 3-Jaw Finger-Shape Hydraulic Power Chuck for Thin-Walled Workpiece Processing
(1). BF/BFT 2-jaw / 3-jaw finger-shape rotating jaws hydraulic power chuck is designed to hold easily deformable thin-walled pieces for hard-turning or grindingr.
(2). Radial centering / clamping of the workpiece can use a standard I.D. hydraulic chuck or diaphragm chuck.
(3). Chuck can be divided into radial centering and axial compression of the two processes, fingers and internal and external rotation to achieve compression and release.
(4). Short installation time , clamping accuracy is less than 0.02.
(5). Cooperate with the double piston cylinder driven finger jaw and I.D. chuck (or diaphragm chuck)
(6). Chuck diameter range: 165-315 mm, 6 to 12 inch.
(7). Material: Steel.
