Introduction ofDK77 Fast Speed WEDM:
This model is an environmentally friendly version of Fast Speed. The waterproof effect can becomparable to that of , which has an attractive design and high grade. tool has a good taste, high quality, super stability, and low price!
The product structure of WEDM:
Thetool consists of a bed, wire storage mechanism, wire rack, XY table, oil tank, and other components. The molybdenum wire wound on the wire storage cylinder makes a high-speed reciprocating motion through the wire rack. The workpiece is fixed on the XY table. The movement in both X and Y directions is controlled by a stepper motor. Each time the CNC system sends a signal, the stepper motor will take one step, and drive the screw in two directions through the intermediate transmission mechanism to rotate, which makes the X and Y tables feed.
