There are no cleats on sidewall conveyor belt which is suitable for horizontal, short-distance transportation. (no cleats at the moment)
It consists of two parts:
-Base belt: high tensile strength, high abrasion resistant , good transverse stiffness and good lengthways flexibility.
-Sidewall: high tensile strength, hot vulcanization with base belt, height up to 40-80mm, fabric reinforcement built in sidewall.
