brewery equipment beer brewhouse chiller cooler unit machine
brewery chiller machine are quite import in beer brewing process . The wort after mashing ,lautering , whirlpool and boil period need instant cooling by heat plate exchanger . And the beer in fermentation tank need to be kept in continuous low temperature around 2℃ ~ 10 ℃ . The cooling system include the chiller machine and glycol tank . Chiller machine keep cooling the glycol liquid ,and the low temperature glycol tank recycle among different tanks . So the cooling system design and quality is quite important to keep high efficient cooling process . Once the temperature out of control , beer liquid will go bad easily .
