Large forging hydraulic press

Large forging hydraulic press mainly used in metal materials of free forging process, such as: upsetting, punching, horse bar reamer, wrong move, coarse turn, cutting, bending, stretching, etc. Furthermore it can add special hole's device, punching device for special ring blank system. Hydraulic system has multiple overload protection, oil temperature alarm, oil level alarm protection automatic protection device, electrical system uses mature PLC control so that ensure the safety of the equipment and the operator. Working cylinder under pressure adopts high flow fluid for liquid supply with auxiliary tank at the same time, which will be able to realize the rapid filling oil, oil supplement, oil return when lifting and effectively saving forging auxiliary time, improving the efficiency of forging. This Equipment contains reliable cooling circulatory system, which control temperature rise steadily to ensure that the system is in safe and reliable operation.
