Product description
Single-column hydraulic press is a multifunctional small and medium-sized hydraulic press. This series of C-type single-column hydraulic press machine tools can be used for correcting shaft parts, profiles, etc. It can also be used for press fitting of shaft parts and sleeve parts, stretching, bending, stamping, forming and blanking of metal plates, bending, stamping, sleeve forming, stretching of simple parts, etc. It can also be used for pressing powder and plastic products with less strict requirements.
Scope of application
Suitable for machine tools, internal combustion engines, textile machinery, shafts, bearings, washing machines, automobile motors, air-conditioning motors, electrical appliances, military enterprises, assembly lines of foreign-funded enterprises and other industries.
Main structure and electrical system
This series of presses is equipped with independent hydraulic and electrical control system, and adopts centralized control of buttons, which can realize two molding processes, i.e., fixed stroke and constant pressure, and has the functions of pressure display, stroke and pressure adjustment. Moreover, the series is guided by four-column guide pillars, thus improving the product accuracy. Besides, the columns and piston rods are plated with copper and hard chromium after quenching, so as to ensure the wear resistance and higher roughness of the surface. The oil inlet of the oil pump is equipped with a unique filter device, which ensures the service life of the oil pump and valve. Imported high-pressure hose is used for oil connection, which greatly reduces machine noise. In addition, advanced components such as imported PLC, grating protection and man-machine interface (touch screen) can be configured according to user requirements. For the special requirements of customers, we can specially design and produce to meet the production process requirements of customers to a greater extent.

The vertical C-shaped structure design is optimized by computer. The fuselage is made of QT450 ductile iron and heat treated. The fuselage is stress-relieved after welding, with good rigidity and no deformation.
