ZYD-P Fully-auto Transformer Oil Purifier,Oil Purification,Oil Filtration Plant
Application:
ZYD-P Fully automated and designed for unattended operation, the ZYD-P is used for energized transformer servicing and removes water from oil and insulation that super-drying water absorbing cartridges can't remove.
This machine is widely used in all industry such as power plants, power stations, power companies, metallurgy, petrifaction, machinery, traffic, railways etc. Especially for on site transformer overhauling with 110 KV or over.
Features:
1. Double-stage vacuum system, strong power of vacuum evacuating, ultimate vacuum value < 5Pa
2. Two vacuum separating chambers, efficient oil film sprayer, increasing separating size and separating time to ensure the dry-level and dielectric strength improving greatly.
3. High Vacuum Tower With Coalescer Elements
4. Duplex-Stereo film evaporation technology, combined with unique and advanced dewatering, degassing components, can rapidly and effectively separate water, gas from oil.
5. Multi-stage precision filtration system, mesh filtration combined with molecular adsorption technologies
6. Efficient electric heating system, heating uniformity, less power consumption, safe, and reliable.
7. Double-infrared liquid level sensor, pressure protective system to ensure machine operation easy and safely.
Advantage:
Comparing with the single-stage type, this machine adopts the double stages vacuum system, which can improve the machines working vacuum value highly, so it can dewater, degas and remove the impurity more deeply and effectively. The dielectric value of treated oil is higher than 75 KV. It is very suitable for the large electric & insulation equipments.
The oil technical data after treatment:
1. Gas content less than 0.1%
2. Impurity size less than 1μm without free carbon
3. Oil dielectric strength (breakdown voltage) more than 75KV
4. Acidity value less than 0.01 mgKOH/g
5. Dielectric loss factors at 90℃ less than 0.001
