hot rolling mill
Bar steel, wire and section material production lines are applicable to plain steel, stainless steel, alloy steel and special steel, etc. There is a multi-functional walking beam technology that can meet all kinds of bar steel and section material production lines’ requirements.
1. Rebar steel rolling lines can produce wide range diameter products, from 10 mm to 200 mm;
2. Section material rolling production lines can produce 40-300 I shaped steel and shot steel. Two types of
rolling lines are fully continuous rolling and semi-tandem rolling.
3. Rolling mills consist of high precision, high rigidity short-stress path rolling mill (elastic damping),
high speed, high rigidity short-stress path rolling mill, high rigidity steel plate welding housing rolling mill.
4. Roughing mill train can use reciprocating three-high rolling mill and two-high reversing rolling mill.
5. Wire production line can be applied to 200-2500kg various types of rolling line, applicable to plain steel
and stainless steel, with rolling speed ranging from 60m/s to 100m/s.
Two forms of rolling line are fully continuous rolling and semi-tandem rolling. High speed no-twist rolling has been implemented to whole system to meet different steel requirements and advanced temperature control equipment, such as water cooling and wind cooling, has been employed to rolling lines to improve quality.
