One end of the sample of shoe fiberboard material is hung in a weight, and one end is fixed in the fixture is continuously reciprocated to the left and right each bending 90 degrees, testing a certain number of times until the break, the number of breaks to determine the flexion index of the bottom plate, as a basis for comparison and selection of the bottom plate.
