1. Applications
The hydraulic oil filtration unit is designed to purify and maintain the cleanliness of hydraulic and lubrication systems across various industrial applications. It is suitable for:
Refueling filtration during oil filling operations.
Bypass filtration of hydraulic and lubrication systems during operation.
Circulating filtration prior to system commissioning or after maintenance.
Removing contaminants when the original equipment pump cannot effectively filter the oil.
Note: This machine is not suitable for flammable or explosive media such as gasoline or fuel oils.

3.3 Multi-stage Filtration System
Coarse Filter (Suction Side):
Protects the pump from large contaminants, extending the life of the main filter.
Fine Filter:
Available in multiple filtration accuracies to meet diverse user requirements.
Differential Pressure Transmitters:
Installed on both pre-filter and fine filter for real-time monitoring of element clogging.
3.4 Monitoring Panel
Equipped with a pressure gauge providing continuous indication of system operating pressure and filter contamination level.
3.5 Cleaning & Replacement Design
Suction filter element can be removed and cleaned directly with gasoline.
Pre-filter and fine filter designed for quick disassembly and replacement through top-cover access.
3.6 Piping & Connections
Clean internal piping layout to prevent contamination accumulation.
Ensures stable flow and minimizes pressure losses.
