Reciprocating wear Tester - Characteristics evaluation of the material wear resistance, scratch resistance and rub resistance and others
Fix the product on a horizontal countertop and is worn with the horizontal movement of the horizontal platform under specified abrasive and load. According to the principle of leverage, the other end of the test arm is fitted with weight to maintain the balance of the test arm to ensure the accuracy of the surface load of the sample and the reliability of the test results. The height of abrasive and load are adjustable to suit different height samples test. In addition, different friction media can be used to test the wear resistance of different products according to different requirements of customers. The reproducibility of experimental data can help manufacturers effec-tively control production and verify product performance.
1. The LCD screen is used to control and display the test process.
The reciprocating wear times, motion stroke, reciprocating speed and other parameters can be freely set according to user requirements. Different friction head replacement can be achieved through the unique friction arm design.
2. It can accurately control the implementation of pressure according to the principle of leverage balance.
Fully meet the different requirements of different standards for friction form, friction head, pressure, etc., the height of the abrasive and load frame can be adjusted to suit different height samples.
