T107 Scrubbing Tester, It is suitable for various abrasion and wet scrubbing tests, which is commonly used in scrubbing resistance tests for interior wall paints, floor tiles, shower rooms, and furniture surfaces. Brush, sponge, scouring pad, sandpaper or other methods can be required to test the scrubbing resistance ability of the painted or uncoated surface. The abrasion resistance test can be carried out by adding abrasive or detergent using wet scrubbing method.
1.Under the driving of the motor, the friction head is driven to reciprocate. At the same time, according to different standard test requirements, movement rate and movement stroke of the tester can be well adjusted; Different standards require different friction heads, including polyurethane sponges, pig hair brushes and so on. By replacing the friction head, different forces can be applied.
2.The tester is equipped with two compression pinch cocks for holding the sample. Insert it into the hole at the back end to lift or lower it, when pressed down, it can press the sample that needs to be held, which is convenient and quick to install the samples, and it has good operability.
