This benchtop-style tester allows operators to assess the decrease in webbing strength after repeated abrasion cycles. During the test, the webbing specimen is scraped against a coarse material for a specified number of cycles—typically 2,500 or more—and then examined for visible damage and tensile strength reduction.
The tester is ideal for automotive manufacturers, component suppliers, and research laboratories for quality control, product certification, and safety verification of webbing materials.
