The Cleanable Filter Media Test System is designed for characterizing cleanable filter media according to VDI 3926-2. Test Principle

The system draws controlled airflow through filter media while applying standardized aerosol particles (solid or droplet). Differential pressure, fractional efficiency, and dust loading are continuously measured. Operation Instructions

Safety:

Ensure electrical connections are properly installed.

Maintain laboratory ventilation when using aerosols.

Operators should wear gloves and safety goggles during aerosol handling.

Setup:

Mount the filter media securely on the test platform.

Select aerosol type and configure airflow and pressure pulse parameters.

Verify sensors and calibration before starting the test.

Testing:
