Application
The Safety Helmet Molten Metal Splash Resistance Tester is designed in accordance with GB/T2812-2019 and GB 2811-2019 for safety helmets. It is primarily used to test the resistance of safety helmets against molten metal splashes. The device is widely used by special labor protection product inspection stations, construction science research institutes, construction project quality testing stations, power industry departments, and safety helmet manufacturers.
Features
Equipped with a medium-frequency induction heating system, capable of melting metals such as iron and stainless steel.
Uses full solid-state frequency conversion with automatic frequency tracking, resonant dual-control soft switching, and series resonance technology for high heating efficiency, low energy consumption, and reliable safety.
The equipment is protected against overcurrent, overvoltage, low water, and phase loss, ensuring both device and operator safety.
Electric control for tilting and return, making operation safe and convenient.
Adjustable tilting height and angle, suitable for helmets of different sizes.
Bidirectional exhaust function allows rapid cooling of both the test chamber and the helmet after testing.
The bottom of the test chamber features a conical tower design with a drip tray for convenient collection of molten metal residues.
Equipped with an explosion-proof observation window for monitoring the interior of the test chamber.
The control system is water-cooled to ensure the safety of the testing equipment.
