Developed according to GB4943.1-2011 (clause 2.10.8.4), IEC60950-1 (clause 2.10.8.4), GB4706.1 (clause 21.2), and IEC60335-1 (clause 21.2), this tester ensures materials have sufficient strength to resist penetration by sharp tools.
