Test Procedures / Maintenance
Secure samples in the clamps within the enclosed chamber.
Turn on the excitation light source and irradiate the sample to saturation.
Remove the excitation light and start the measurement via software.
The instrument automatically records brightness values and decay times.
After completion, save or print the data for analysis.
Clean the chamber and clamps regularly to prevent dust accumulation.
Periodically calibrate the brightness meter and illuminometer to maintain accuracy.
