Description:
Anti-static Screen Meshis specially made in spiral weave of monofilament with filling metal wire to increase anti-static property. With the conductive metal fiber woven into the mesh belt, the polyester mesh screen can release the friction electrostatic occured during high speed operation of machine. Hence, it is called anti-static wire mesh. The anti-static polyester conveyor belts are used in drying pulp style paper-making, chemical fiber,continuous pre-press mesh belt, environmental protection, high density paper board making, rubber and other anti-static industries.
Application: 1. Filtering and separating screen used in the colliery, food, salt and mine industry;
- 3. Fiberboard plants, medicine, printing, drying industry as draining conveyor belt; 4. Pharmacy, environment protection; 5.Processing of hides, shoe-making, clothing, ceramics as conveyor filter belt; 6.Foodstuffs processing industries as filter screen.
Advantages:
Anti static mesh belt offers good strength, flat mesh surface, good air permeability and stable property against heat and moisture. The screen mesh shows low thermal shrinking, less elongation at heat, it is resistant to most acids and organic solvents, hence safe for food processing and manyother applications.
