1.Steel grating welding machine is to finish bearing flat bar and twisted(round, square) cross bar horizontal to weld automatic production line of shaping alternately while being vertical, the products can reach hundreds of kinds of specifications.
2. The production line—18 meters long, 3.8 meters wide, according to the process divided into charging material position, welding position, cutting end head of cross position and finished product table position.
3. Weld automatically, step automatically to the setting position and cut end head automatically,
4. Hand over the finished product to the depositing area by artificial operation with draw material car.
5. 1000Hz medium frequency—extensive current output, accurate dynamic and static adjusting, electrode heat and mechanical pressure reducing. The electrode wear and tear can be 50 percent less.
