SWT-V630H (12"-24") Hydraulic Butt Fusion Machine
Description
1.SWT-V630 is hydraulic butts fusion welder. It is used to butt weld pipe and fittings such as elbow, tees, wye and flange necks without any additional equipment by simply adjusting the clamps drag bar.
2.It is suitable for welding plastic pipe and fittings made of HDPE, PP, PVDF.
3.Consists of basic frame, hydraulic unit, planing tool, heating plate, support for planing tool & heating plate, and optional parts.
4.Removable PTFE coated heating plate with high accurate temperature control system;Electrical planning tool with safety limit switch to avoid starting unexpectedly.(optional)
5.Be made of lightweight and high strength material; Specially designed with a clamp opening angle of 45°
6.Low starting pressure ensures reliable welding quality of small pipes.
7.Changeable welding position enables to weld various fittings more easily.
8.Separate two-channel timer shows time in soaking and cooling phases. Give a alarm when timing over.
9.High-accurate and shockproof pressure meter indicates clearer readings.
10.Digital pressure meter is installed on machines.
SWT-V630H includes:
*A machine body with 4 clamps and 2 hydraulic cylinders with fast couplings;
*A Teflon coated heating plate with separate temperature control system;
*Self detaching device: helps removing the heating plate after soaking process;
*A electrical milling cutter;
*Hydraulic hoses with quick couplings;
*Support for milling cutter and heating plate.
