The master control system of All-Beckhoff system dispensing equipment is originated from German Beckhoff. The application of digital control endows the system with better sensitivity, more stable operation, more accurate control, stronger anti-interference performance and more convenient operation.
The unique remote service performance makes on-line synchronous dialog, diagnosis with shooting and timely zero-distance after-sales service achievable.
The operation system of All-Beckhoff system dispensing equipment is equipped with a full keyboard that can realize function key operation and a movable control desk.
The system wide EnterCAT communication control is realized in the computer and servo system of All-Beckhoff system dispensing equipment. XY 3-axis motor is equipped with Beckhoff servo, with a torque of 6.1N.m and inertia of 20.0kg cm2; the motor with large torque and inertia can run more stably and achieve better effect in fast-speed interpolation. Beckhoff motor encoder boasts high precision, which make the operation control more precise.
All-Beckhoff system dispensing equipment is equipped with THK high-precision guide rail and NIDEC-SHIMPO high-precision speed reducer.
The Company independently researches and develops high-performance mixer with more than 30 proprietary technologies, which can match the most suitable dispensing heads according to customers' product needs.
Metering pump originally made in Germany supplied by Barmag, internationally advanced metering pump manufacturer is applied to the system for liquid cement metering; the metering pump is powered by servo motor high-precision speed reducer, which achieves higher metering precision.
