90kW Powerhouse Industrial Heat Exchanger Cleaning Pump
3D2HP-S series high pressure plunger pump is a new high pressure pump independently developed by our company.The input power can reach 90 kw, the working pressure can reach 150 MPa, the packing box adopts the independent circulating cooling technology, optimizes the working environment of the plunger seal, modularized inlet and outlet valve group, and the integral pump head structure, the degree of generalization of components is further improved. This type of pump can be used for cleaning heat exchangers and condensers in power plants, cleaning tube bundles in chemical industry, matching different cleaning executing agencies, and can complete all kinds of cleaning operations under 100-150 MPa working conditions, This series of products can transport 0 ~ 50°C water emulsion, as well as other chemical property similar to water liquids.
