Hydraulic Liner Hanger Landing Collar
The landing collarcomprises housing, ball seat and latch. The latch holds ball seat through pins. After the hanger is set, pressure is applied to release the ball seat.
The Saigao Completions' hydraulic landing collar is run in conjunction with our sentinel liner hanger product line to set the hydraulic hanger prior to your cement job. Once the hanger is set, internal pressure is raised and the sleeve in the HLC shears, re-establishing a flow path for the cement job. The Saigao HLC is also an integral plug landing collar for our liner wiper plugs, ensuring latch down success and pressure integrity of the plug bump.
