Dome Head Blind Rivet
Dome head blind rivet introduction High quality blind rivet, with good performance of anti-rust and anti-corrosion, sturdy and durable. It is a kind of rivet that is fixed by core-pulling inflation, can be widely applied to indoor or outdoor for plate splicing, object fastening etc. Installed with rivet gun, convenient to use.Technical ParametersMaterial:Aluminum Body/Steel StemSteel body/Steel StemAluminum Body /Aluminum, StemStainless steel Body/Stainless steel StemSurface Finishing:Polish/Zinc PlatedZinc plated/Zinc platedPolish/PolishPolish/PolishDiameter:3.2mm, 4.0mm, 4.8mm, 6.4mm,(1/8, 5/32, 3/16,1/4)Customized:CustomizedStandard:IFI-114 and DIN 7337, GB. Non-standardHow to UseThe rivet assembly is inserted into a hole drilled through the parts to be joined and a specially designed tool is used to draw the mandrel into the rivet. This expands the blind end of the rivet and then the mandrel snaps off. These types of blind rivets have non-locking mandrels and are sometimes avoided for critical structural joints because the mandrels may fall out, due to vibration or other reasons, leaving a hollow rivet that has a lower load-carrying capability than solid rivets. The blind rivets are mainly used when access to the joint is only available from one side.ApplicationsWidely used in construction, automobile, ship, aircraft, machinery, electric equipment, furniture, etc. Especially suitable for the riveting occasions where is not convenient to adopt ordinary rivet.Company Advantage1.Professional production experience.YUKE RIVET has been engaged in the production of blind rivet ,rivet nut, fastener for more than ten years.2.Complete production facilitiesWe have one complete line including cold forming machine, polish machine, treatment machine, assembling machine, testing machine, packing machine and so on.3.Strictly testing Procedure.Checking Raw material before producing.Checking Semi-finished products during productionCheck Ready-made products Inspect bulk production at random before delivery.
