Brown Electro corundum A14 F70 F80 for metal blasting
Brown electrocorundum is a type of corundum that combines grinding efficiency and cost. It is produced by high-temperature smelting of bauxite. Then it is crushed, magnetically separated to remove iron, and sieved into various particle sizes. Brown corundum has dense texture, high hardness, good toughness, and high refractory temperature.
There are various types of brown corundum. According to the different alumina content, it is divided into primary brown alumina, secondary brown alumina, and tertiary brown alumina. According to different smelting methods, it is divided into fixed furnace brown corundum and dump furnace brown corundum, with dump furnace brown corundum having higher purity. According to different crushing processes and particle shapes, it can be divided into brown corundum roller sand and brown corundum marker sand, with marker sand and brown corundum having a higher stacking density. According to the different particle size distribution, it can be divided into brown corundum F sand and brown corundum P sand. F sand is suitable for producing consolidated abrasives and sandblasting, while P sand is suitable for producing coated abrasives.

Chemical composition. Dumping furnace brown corundum has an alumina content of no less than 95% and a silicon content of less than 0.1%. Dumping furnace brown corundum with low silicon and high titanium is more suitable for producing ceramic grinding wheels and products.
The brown fused alumina particles produced by the Bamak crushing process are round and have a bulk density greater than that of a jaw crusher.
The proportion of brown fused alumina（Brown electrocorundum） crystal aggregates in the dumping furnace is high, and the crystal size is smaller than that in the fixed furnace. It has strong resistance to crushing and good toughness, and is used in abrasive products.
Dumping furnace brown aluminum oxide is used for sandblasting and grinding, with higher durability than fixed furnaces.
