Our company is specialized in aluminum alloy and zinc alloy die casting parts, precision machining of die casting parts and the subsequent surface treatments. We have been operating for 20years and have 8 years’ export experiences. Our Professional design team：We could design mould according to the samples or drawings provided by customers. At the same time, we have the ability to design products or renew designs for customers. Many kinds of design softwares are used, for example, CAD. Proe. Solid works and UG.2. Die casting: We have 4 sets of die casting machines. The part weight we could produce ranges from min 5g to max 5KG. The dimensional accuracy of die casting parts could reach to 0.1mm .Our monthly production capacity is 500,000 pcs.3. Rough Part handling: We could do ball blasting, vibration grinding, brushing, polishing etc for die casting parts.4.Precision machining: We own more than 20 sets ofdrilling and tapping machines, 2 sets multi-axis automatic machines each for drilling andtapping. There are 5 sets of CNC machines in addition. The machining accuracy could reach 0.01mm. 5. We have our own painting workshop. Various color paintings with high quality could be applied on die casting parts. Meanwhile, we have suppliers with long-term cooperation to handle different kinds of surface treatments, such as anodizing, plating, powder coating and e-coating.6. Moreover, we supply assembly services for customers. At present, the assembly products we make are locksets and inverter enclosures.7. Packaging: We have many years experiences in safe package, which could avoid the goods damage during transportation and ensure the goods are in good condition when customers receiving them. We could also package based on designs of customers. 8.Strict Quality Control ：Concerning the dimension control, we have precise coordinate measuring machine and various common inspection instruments: height gauge,depth gauge, internal dial indicator etc.We would inspect all the surfaces of products before shipping to achieve 100% qualified rate. 9.Rigorous International Trade Team：Our international trade team is the typical 80’s.They not only constantly expand the new market but also actively maintain present customers. They are in charge of the whole works from receiving orders, handling documentary and delivery. They try their best to make customers comfortable and relieved.
