Flammability Tester for Automotive Wires

Requirements of QC/T703 - 2005, SAE - J 1128 - 2005, DIN 72551, ISO6722 and other standards
Main Parameters:
1) The test chamber is enclosed, with dimensions of 650X450X900mm. The material is stainless steel, and it has a matte black background. 2) High - purity propylene gas or liquefied petroleum gas is used as the combustion gas. 3) The length of the wire or cable under test is 600mm (24in), and the clamping angle of the sample is 45 degrees. 4) The Bunsen burner has a nominal diameter of 9mm. The outer flame of the spray tube is 100mm (4in), the inner flame is 50mm (1/2in), and the temperature of the inner flame is at least 900±50 degrees. 5) The Bunsen burner is placed below the sample and perpendicular to the axis of the sample. 6) Automatic ignition, and the combustion time is 15S. 7) Equipped with a high - precision Type K thermocouple for temperature measurement and an imported TES - 1310 thermometer. 8) Equipped with an exhaust system, and the exhaust gas is discharged by an exhaust fan after the test. 9) JIS3005 horizontal combustion test fixtures and horizontal combustion burners are added. 10) The JIS3005 horizontal combustion chamber: 305x355x610mm 11) Horizontal combustion sample: 300mm; Sample placement angle: horizontal 12) Combustion time: 30S 13) Inner diameter of the Bunsen burner: 10mm, inner flame is approximately 35mm, outer flame: 130mm 14) Shutdown mode: When the preset data is reached
