Yellowing resistance test chamber
Designed specifically for testing upper and bottom materials for shoes, the chamber utilizes a 300W UV light bulb imported from Germany, ensuring high-quality and reliable results. The temperature range of the chamber is adjustable from room temperature plus 5°C to 200°C, with a uniformity of ±2°C, providing precise control over testing conditions.
The Yellowing Resistance Test Chamber features a user-friendly LED digital display and a PID temperature controller, making it easy to monitor and adjust settings. With a time control feature that allows for testing durations of up to 9999 minutes or hours, this chamber is versatile enough to accommodate various testing needs. The test frame has a diameter of 400mm and offers adjustable speeds from 1 to 20 rpm, ensuring thorough and consistent testing of samples.
Scope of application:
Test method for determining the yellowing resistance of light and white products, such as upper and bottom materials for shoes, to approximate sunlight and ultraviolet light. According to the light-colored or white products, the phenomenon of yellow color is easy to occur in the natural sunlight for a long time, with the solar lamp and heating temperature control device to simulate the natural environment, within the specified time, observe the change of the surface color of the sample, determine the degree of discoloration of the sample, so as to determine the ability of the material to resist yellow under sunlight radiation.
