It is mainly used for the extremely high - temperature pre - treatment of safety helmets.

Technical Parameters
1. Test chamber temperature: Room temperature - 200°C, with the standard operating temperature being 150±5°C.
2. Test time: 0 - 99 minutes, adjustable, with the standard being 60±2 minutes.
3. Number of test samples: 1 - 4 helmets.
4. Head mold temperature: 50°C±2°C.
5. Test head mold: Wall thickness > 1.5mm, size according to No.1 in GB2812, made of aluminum alloy with a hollow interior.
6. Temperature - measuring point of the head mold: The distance from the mid - point ofthe head mold is < 40mm.
7. Instrument dimensions: 870*710*1100mm
