SCHAP Seam Fatigue Tester for Textile & Apparel Durability
Standard
ISO 13935-1/2(Textiles – Seam Fatigue Testing for Woven Fabrics)
ASTM D1683(Standard Test Method for Failure in Sewn Seams of Woven Apparel Fabrics)
AATCC 136(Bonding Strength of Fusible Interfacing in Garments)
Product Advantages
Precision Seam Fatigue Analysis
Dual-axis motion system (0–50 mm stroke, 1–5 Hz frequency) replicates real-world bending and stretching.
Universal Material Compatibility
Tests woven, knitted, and technical fabrics, including leather, denim, and coated materials.
Automated Cycle Testing
Programmable cycles (1–999.999 strokes) with automatic failure detection (e.g., seam breakage).
User-Centric Design
7-inch touchscreen interface with multilingual support (English, Spanish, French, Chinese) and one-touch test start.
Modular Clamping System
Quick-release fixtures for flat seams, curved seams, and buttonholes.
Product Features
Testing Modes:
Dynamic Stretch: Simulates body movement (e.g., knee bends, elbow flexing).
Cyclic Bending: Replicates folding during storage or washing.
Real-Time Monitoring:
High-resolution force sensor (±0.01 N accuracy) and displacement encoder capture seam degradation.
Data Management:
Cloud-compatible software stores 100.000+ test results and generates ISO/ASTM/AATCC-compliant reports.
Safety & Compliance:
Overload protection, emergency stop, and CE/UL certification for laboratory safety.
