The product is widely used for mixing, stirring and heating pastry stuffing (lotus paste, jam), meat products, seasonings and other foods.
Features:
1. This product is a bottom stirring shovel pot which solves the problems of waste oil dripping, difficult cleaning and difficult cleaning of top stirring shovel pots, taking the lead in the same industry of China;
2. The circulating oil circuit can be quickly heated with the temperature easily controlled by taking heat conduction oil as a heat source, so nutritional ingredients of foods cannot be damaged, with various indexes reaching the standards of environmental protection;
3. The product is equipped with a bottom transmission scraping type stirring shaft, which absolutely solves the problem of pot adhesion of high-viscosity materials; materials can be fully mixed by uniform stirring without stirring dead angles;
4. With an external insulation structure, the pot body can control heat volatilization and save energy;
5. Due to the adoption of hydraulic overturn discharging, the pot body is inclined at a large angle, discharges materials completely, and is convenient to clean.
