Our company is special in flux cored welding wire production line for more than 20 years.
And we have a professonal R&D team on casette roller die.
Our casette roller die, it is with 800 tons free maintenance by normal use in FCW production. It can make the mouth/gap more closed and can obviously decrease the usage of lubricants to just 10% comparing with using the traditional drawing die. The quanlity of FCW can be noticeably improved.
