This Thermal-bonding Hard Mattress Production Line is applicable for producing a variety of thermal bonding nonwoven like padding for mattress, wadding, insulation material, filtration mat and etc. It’s capable to make both high density and high loft products for the thickness ranging from 10mm to more than 100mm. The hard mattress produced has a unique three-dimensional structure with good gas permeability and moisture permeability.
