Air caster load moving equipment physical characteristics
The air caster move heavy machines with a very simple mechanism .Air is the only energy needed while the air cushions moving heavy objects . The air caster rigging system lifted the heavy machine mainly with air which enter the airbag and the pressure from the air coming out of the hole in the airbag of the air bearings. The air bag is at the bottom of the air cushions module. The air bag material of the air bearing system is soft and light. There is no sharp substance under the air caster load moving equipment,so the air skates will not make any scratch in the smooth floor. Because the airbags of the air bearing turntables are made of special materials, The airbag material of the aircraft transporters reduces friction and makes it easier for heavy machines to be moved.
