Twist tie machine meets the packaging requirements of unitized goods storage, transport and mechanical handling operation to design and manufacture the pallet, coping style, type, type of pretension film twist tie machine series products. 1. Automatic
Make the stretch filmtwist tie machinein the initial state, put the goods, wear the film, select the upper and lower winding number, up and down times, the top time, press the automatic start button, later the whole process will be completed automatically.
2. Manual
Drop the membrane plane to the bottom, put on the chassis of the goods, put in the film roll seat, according to wearing thin film membrane way, and then, start the rotary motor to rotate the wheel. The film will be on the bottom of the goods, when you need the ring number of twisting is reached, according to the film carriage up button to make the film frame up to the required position (photoelectric measuring high effective); Press the film rack down button to lower the film shelf to the bottom. Repeat the above process to complete the packaging and press to stop. Not only stretch film twist tie machine, but also other packaging equipment such as packing machine and shrinking machine also have this manual operation.
