Along with the more and more construction of infrastructures, supply of natural sands is obviously incapable to meet the increasing demands. As the best alternative of natural sand, mechanical sand should take the role of natural sand. VSI crusher, as the most important part in sand production line, is indispensable from the production of mechanical sand.

Size of raw materials should be in consistent with the feeding size of sand making equipment. Or else, blade wheels would be seriously worn out. What’s worse, path of blade wheels and central feeding pipe would be blocked. As a result,VSI sand makercan not work normally.

Before the working process of VSI crusher, you should screen out those large briquettes and prevent them from being fed.To start the sand production line, you should pay much attention to the order. It is suggested to place the VSI crusher between the discharger and feeder. VSI crusher can be launched if no load exists inside.

You can not start the feeding work until VSI crusher runs normally.Seen from the feeding mouth, blade wheels should run in the counter-clockwise direction. If not, you should adjust the connections of dynamo.
