During the working process of hydraulic briquetting machine, factors which can influence the properties of coal briquettes are many, including molding pressure, molding temperature, mass fraction of biomass, water content, particle diameter and desulfurizer addition, etc.

Indexes used to evaluate coal briquettes are thermal value, volatile content, desulfurizing ratio, compressive strength, slacking strength and firing property, etc.If molding pressure is definite, sulfur fixation efficiency will increase while thermal value decreases along with the increase of biomass fraction.Compressing strength increases, too.

But, when biomass mass increases to certain value, compressing strength will become stable.To this end, we establish the model, with molding pressure and biomass mass as inputs, thermal value, compression strength and sulfur fixation efficiency as outputs.

Under the premise to meet the project standard ofhydraulic briquette machine, we should make every solution be capable to adapt to different operational conditions.Since the hydraulic briquette machine we use to carry through experiment works with changeless pressure of 40MPa, we do not need to consider the factor of pressure changes for indexes of coal briquettes.
