Application

The product is conveyed to the weighing container by the action of the screws (Archimedean screws), which exert an adequate amount of thrust. As a result, the screw-feeding system is used for products that are not very free-flowing. It’s suitable weighing packing plenty of powders into bags, products including flour, food powder, protein powder, maize meal, fishmeal, feed, milk powder, seasonings, soup powder, enzyme preparation, chemical powder, building materials, washing powder, desiccant, monosodium glutamate, white sugar, bean powder and other powders or small particles field. ( e.g. premix, protein, mixture, concentrated feed, flour, wheat middling , chemical powder, water reducing agent, ammonium phosphate, Sodium Metabisulphite, Calcium Carbonate Powder , other powdery particles, etc. )

It’s optional to install loading conveyors, dust collector, sewing machine, heat sealing machine, weight checker, metal detector, coding machine, robot palletizer, high-level palletizer, pallet wrapping machine, etc. to make the complete production line.
