PVC Profile Bar Extrusion Production Line
YF series PVC profile bar production line is mainly applied for extruding PVC door and window bars and multi-pore threading pipes (4-pore, 6-pore, 7-pore, 9-pore, etc.). This production line can select parallel (cone) twin-screw extruders of different specifications and corresponding auxiliary equipment such as vacuum shaping platform, tractor, cutter, mixing platform, etc. according to different profile sections and dies. The extrusion of host machine is between 150kg/h and 450kg/h. The tractor, by the application of the unique lifting technology of the company, features stable work, good reliability, and large traction force. The vacuum shaping platform, adopting PLC computer control, is characterized by reasonable design and stable running. It can automatically carry out fixed length cutting and be configured with the dust recovery device. According to different dies, shaping platform can be 4m, 6m, 8m, 11m, etc; when equipped with parallel twin-screw extruder, it is especially suitable for profile high-speed extrusion.
