Vacuum forming stand forming system with a fast heat exchange cooling system, and with vacuum system, an effective staggered, sequential distribution to guarantee the accuracy of the sheet is shape. Vacuum system consists of two independent sub-structure, each subsystem equipped with a fixed number of three-loop vacuum lines, each carrying a fixed cycle of both the vacuum-conditioning system and vacuum display system, thus making the surface of vacuum plate uniform and stable .. Haul-off unit Haul-off has the first group and the second group, the first group of hauling off machine is big power, large reduction ratio, multi roller type, it has low speed running performance, the hauling force is large, can synchronously and uniformly pull the hollow grid sheet out from vacuum forming stand. The second haul-off group coordinates to remove the tension of the hollow grid sheet products. It is also equipped with edge cutting device to ensure the effective width and edge quality.
Tension eliminator advanced large area conductive heating, the tension of hollow grid board can be effectively removed, further improve the sheet flatness.
Cutting machine equipped with precise moment fixed length cutting and automatic lifting discharge device, special wear-resistant alloy knife blade, to ensure the cutting section quality of sheet. Saw cutting is used for thick sheet above 5mm.
PC hollow grid sheet production line consists of extruder, screen changer, mold, forming stand, the first haul-off machine and edge cutting device, heat oven, film coating device, the second haul-off machine, cutting device, conveyor, stacker etc.. Hollow sheet extrusion line is specially equipped with forming machine and annealing furnace. PC hollow grid sheet line has the following features, the vacuum forming stand has features of abrasion resistance, dust resistance, sizing and forming function, making it easier to operate. high speed screw, high rotation speed, low energy consumption and stable pressure pump reduce consumption. extrusion capacity is 25%,higher than the other brands, the reason is the special design of forming board. the unique design of the cooling system and the vacuum system of the forming board ensures the high speed extrusion and molding. special design of annealing furnace is easier to control the sheet flatness compared to other brands of extrusion lines. the flexibility of haul-off roller can be designed according to the customer is requirements. The double wall thickness of the hollow sheet should be between 2mm and 10mm. The shape between the double wall edges should be right angles or diagonal shape. anti UV co-extrusion layer can be single side or double sides, sandblasting or smooth processing on surface layer can be applied according to the structure requirements. A high proportion of recyclable flakes can be mixed with raw materials.
