Bag Plastic Buckle Durability Tester - Standard
Product Introduction:
It is mainly used to test the service life of plastic plug-ins in luggage accessories.

Applications:
This machine simulates the use of plastic clasp under reciprocating open and close movement to a specified number of times at a certain frequency. And testing the quality of plastic clasps for luggage and clothing.
Technical parameters:
It is composed of two sets of left and right sample clips. The left sample clip fixes the upper part of the socket and periodically presses the clip of the latch (left and right clip or upper and lower clip)。 The right sample clip matches with each other to make the upper and lower parts of the latch open and close horizontally, and the movement frequency is adjustable.
1. counter, record the number of opening and closing, open and total for 1 time.
2. the control device, when the sample is abnormal during the test process, the automatic stop function, and has the memory function.
Test method
1. Fix the sample to the sample fixing device
2. set the frequency (about 25) times /min, select a number of tests: 1000 times, 2000 times, 3000 times. Or according to the specified frequency, number of tests.
3. Open the testing machine until the end of the test
4. the expression of the result: record the test opening and closing times and the sample normal or change, damage.
