Working principle

Use a high-precision pressure sensor to simulate the airflow speed of normal human smoking, let the airflow pass through the cigarette, and measure the pressure difference at both ends of the cigarette to determine the draw resistance value, usually in Pascal (Pa).

Structural composition:

It is generally composed of an airflow control system, a pressure measurement system, a data processing system, and a clamping device. The airflow control system can accurately control the airflow speed; the pressure measurement system is responsible for accurately measuring the pressure; the data processing system can quickly calculate and display the draw resistance data; the clamping device firmly fixes the cigarette to ensure the accuracy of the test.

In tobacco production enterprises, it is a key equipment for quality control, which can be monitored in real time on the production line to ensure that the draw resistance of each cigarette is consistent; in the field of tobacco research, it helps to study the effects of different tobacco formulas, filter structures, and rolling processes on draw resistance, so as to develop products that meet consumers' smoking habits; in addition, in tobacco quality supervision and inspection agencies, it is used to conduct random inspections of cigarette products on the market to determine whether they meet relevant standards.
