Many technical problems in scrap preheating system such as: high cost, heavy maintenance workload, low heat exchange efficiency and unsatisfactory preheating results etc. are solved. The scrap preheating system makes full use of the physical & chemical waste heat of high temperature fume from electric arc furnace to preheat the steelmaking raw materials, and to achieve energy saving and emission reduction by filtering and cooling high temperature fume and the productivity improved.
