Aluminum foil application market
The aluminum foil is calendered from an electrolytic aluminum or aluminum alloy sheet having a purity of 99.3% to 99.9%, and the thickness is generally 0.20 mm or less. Due to the degree of heat treatment after calendering, aluminum foil can be classified into two types: soft and hard. Since aluminum foil has a series of good properties, its application range is very wide.
From a global perspective, it is mainly used in three major areas of packaging, electrical and construction, with the largest demand for packaging. China's aluminum foil consumption is the largest cigarette packaging, accounting for more than 50%, followed by the electrolytic capacitor industry, accounting for about 15%, the third is soft packaging and other packaging industry, accounting for about 15%.
