Furthermore, the material demonstrates outstanding thermal shock resistance, remaining crack-free during rapid temperature fluctuations from room temperature to 300℃ and back, which makes it particularly suitable for intermittent manufacturing processes. The guide wheels are available in a wide range of dimensions, with diameters spanning 50 mm to 500 mm and widths from 10 mm to 100 mm, allowing compatibility with various drawing and rolling machines. In optical fiber and cable manufacturing, these guide wheels enable precise fiber alignment, maintaining signal attenuation at less than 0.2 dB/km and ensuring high-quality communication performance.
