99.5% high-purity chromium carbide powder
Chromium carbide powder has excellent wetting properties and is firmly bonded to metal substrates such as iron, nickel, and cobalt. The coating is unlikely to develop cracks. This chromium carbide powder is dark gray-black in color, with a particle size of 20-50 μm. It has outstanding high-temperature stability, maintaining stable performance below 800℃. By being deposited through welding onto the blast mouths of metallurgical blast furnaces and the surfaces of hot rolling machine rollers, the formed coating layer is wear-resistant and resistant to high-temperature oxidation. This can reduce the frequency of maintenance for high-temperature operation equipment and ensure the continuous operation of production.
